Our foldable nacho cheese cart is a hit at every type of event, but there are just a few things to keep in mind to make sure everything goes smoothly:

• We’ll supply a 50-foot extension cord and plug the machine into a dedicated outlet at your event space.
• It’s helpful to have one point person who can check on the machine now and then to be sure the cheese is topped up and everything stays set as we left it.
• If the forecast calls for rain, the cart should be placed somewhere covered. For sunny days, we’ll bring along a shade umbrella at no extra charge.
