With our custom nacho cheese cart, I take care of the setup so you and your guests can focus on enjoying the moment. I believe the best parties are the ones where people connect, laugh, and share great food—and that’s exactly what Melt & Mingle is all about.

What to expect
Here’s how it works when you book Melt & Mingle:
We will:
- We’ll deliver your nacho cheese machine on our custom foldable cart about 45 minutes before your event, giving us plenty of time to set everything up.
- Our team will make sure the machine is warmed up, running smoothly, and ready to go.
- We’ll walk you through how to change cheese bags (just in case you need it).
- Every package includes 3oz portions of tortilla chips, trays/containers, and napkins for your guests.
- We’ll go over a few simple tips for using the machine with ease.
- Extra cheese bags are included if needed
- After your event, we’ll return to clean up and pick everything up. If there’s leftover cheese, we’ll provide food-safe containers so nothing goes to waste
You Will:
- Make sure there’s a standard, grounded 120V electrical outlet available to power the nacho cheese machine.
- Swap cheese bags if needed during your event (don’t worry, we’ll show you how).
- Keep an eye on the machine while your guests help themselves.
